The Trevor Osborne Property Group and CP Holdings have joined forces with the award winning team from the Druid Inn in Birchover, to bring a new casual yet sophisticated gastronomic experience to Buxton. The ‘Brasserie at the George’ will become a vibrant place to eat, drink and relax. Menus will be prepared using fresh local produce and include daily specials at lunch and dinner, and lighter options in both the brasserie and bar. An interesting wine list and selection of bottled and draft beers as well as local traditional ales will also be offered in attractive and stylish surroundings.

During the summer months the paved terrace overlooking the Square and Opera House will become a lively venue for drinks and cocktails, all buzzing with before and after theatre conversation – the perfect venue to celebrate Buxton’s festival atmosphere. The venue will also feature ‘Greenroom at the George’, a late night piano bar and a relaxing jazz venue at the weekends.
